We love groups! Our tours are offered on Wednesdays and Thursdays during normal operating hours (10:00am – 6:00pm). Some accommodations may be made for an earlier arrival.
Usually, our tours consist of a brief welcome, then a walk through the pumpkin patch and into the orchard. We try to adjust the education level to the attendees. Each participant gets a bag to pick 3 apples. Then we walk back to the processing building. Each person has the opportunity to polish their apples and see the walk-in cooler. We then talk about apples that fall on the ground and give each tour participant 3 apples to sling in the slingshot. This tour is $4.00.
You are welcome to bring a snack if you like, or you can add pie and cider. A gallon of cider is $7.50 and a pie (7-8 slices) is $13.50. We provide plates, forks, and cups.
The whole tour minus snack is about 1 1/2 hours depending on how many questions there are and how long everyone enjoys the maze. There is no minimum group size.
After the tour, you are welcome to explore the rest of the orchard – we have lots of other offerings including a 10-acre corn maze and pick-your-own pumpkins for additional fees.
If you decide to come out, or if you have any questions, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can customize the tours!
